Joseph Gamalski, DO
Dr Gamalski earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He received his medical degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois and completed his residency at St John Hospital in Detroit. He is a board certified Internal Medicine specialist as well as an alumnus of both the American College of Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr Gamalski is a staff physician at McLaren Oakland Hospital. He is committed to providing exceptional care for both acute and chronic health problems. He is passionate about treating each person as an individual to keep them healthy and happy
V. Tahki Jayasvasti, DO
Dr.Tahki Jayasvasti has been practicing at North Oakland Internists for 11 years. She is a board certified Internal Medicine physician with a strong focus on prevention. Dr. Tahki graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors of Science. She attended medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Mount Clemens General Hospital in Michigan. She is the founder and medical director of The Tahki Institute and Concierge Plus Medicine. In the medical model of Concierge Plus, Dr. Tahki is still able to practice insightful medicine and deliver exceptional care, but no longer boxed into the existing paradigm where patients have limited time and limited access to their physician. Patients are engaged in a 24-7 availability model with unrestricted time with Dr. Tahki. It allows the patient to redefine the the patient-doctor relationship by making it just that, a relationship. Without the restrictions of the typical healthcare model, Dr. Tahki is able to be more involved in a patient’s life to help them prevent diseases and achieve optimal health by having the time and freedom to focus on all aspects of her patients life to help guide them to solutions for health that suit each and every individual patient.
Renee Mirovsky DNP,RN,ANP-BC
Renee received her Bachelor of Science (BSN) in Nursing degree from Oakland University in 1994. She received her Master’s of Science (MSN) degree from Wayne State University in 2001. Renee is a certified adult nurse practitioner through American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC). She began working at North Oakland Internists in May, 2001. Renee has also worked with the neurosurgery team at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan and the neurology team at Henry Ford Hospital, West Bloomfield. Renee then received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Oakland University in 2014. Renee is a faculty member at Oakland University in the School of Nursing and is the lead faculty for the Adult Gerontology Primary Care Program. Renee is a member of the Gerontological Advance Practice Nurse Association. Renee sits on the board of directors at Canterbury on the Lake in Waterford Michigan. Renee sees patients age 18 and up. She has expertise in caring for older adults. Renee also has significant experience in women’s health, health promotion, acute and chronic disease management.

Dr. Gamalski is an excellent and compassionate doctor that one will like immediately upon meeting. I saw Dr. Gamalski for years when he practiced out of his old location in Shelby and I plan to follow him to his new location. It is a much further drive for me, but it is worth it to me because he’s that good. He is a true doctor in the sense of the word. He truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend!
